Our Quality Management System is documented and certified to comply with the ISO 9001:2000 standard requirements.

By encouraging innovative and creative approaches, and offering technical and behavioral competency enhancement trainings, we strengthen loyalty of our employees and customers as well as our suppliers and partners.

We review our management systems and work processes encompassing our suppliers and customers by conducting a self assessment process in adherence to the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) Excellence Model criteria; and define proactive approaches to improve our overall performance and value-added in all fields of activity.

Based on the principles of the Total Quality Philosophy and team work, we work strive to attain corporate and department targets, and sustain continuous improvement and growth in target markets.

In line with our continuous improvement approach, we speak with data and use Six Sigma Methodology to reach excellence by increasing productivity of our processes to the level of international benchmark.
